10 eggs
6 mushrooms 1 onion, dry bread
a bunch of dill
salt, pepper, bread crumbs
oil 8 eggs hard boil , cool, do not peel. Cut eggs in half with a sharp knife along the shell. Select from the center of the egg. Slice mushrooms and fry with onions. Add pre-soaked bread. Stir in eggs, all chopped (I ground them into coarse sieve in a meat grinder.) Add chopped dill and season to taste. Fill shells stuffed eggs, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fry in a pan for browning. Delicious hot and cold - perfect as an addition to soups oxalic!
