300 g lampreys
1 carrot 2 onions 150 ml vinegar
150 ml water 2 bay leaves 2
grains allspice 2 tablespoons sugar salt

peel carrots and cut into slices. Peel onions and chop finely. Boil the vinegar with water, spices and vegetables. Lamprey Affairs, coated with flour and cook about 3 minutes on each side in hot oil.
