Sos Tatarski
1 / 2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon mustard 4 tablespoons sour
thick cream
a cucumber cut in small cubes
3 mushrooms in vinegar finely chopped in cubes
1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon
chopped chives 1 tablespoon chopped dill
salt, sugar to taste
Stir together all sauce ingredients. Refrigerate in an airtight glass container.
